The attractively designed houses are being developed as terraced properties in two building rows of seven houses each on building sites created by way of de-jure partitions. The different fit-out variants permit bespoke interior design choices for each house. For instance, bathrooms may be fitted out with neat branded fittings or exclusive designer elements. Several different materials and qualities are available for floor coverings. You can also choose among various types of parquetry. The triple-glazed windows ensure that the heat loss stays low. Low energy costs are among the signature features of contemporary housing constructions and meet the high standards of modern living requirements.
